Tiny Titans! (3 to 5)

Let our team of experienced coaches help your little ones develop coordination, focus, and discipline as they begin their journey into the martial arts. Our dynamic classes prepare your Titans to be focused performers in the classroom and also for any other sport they may endeavor to try in the future.

Classes available Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoon from 4:30pm-5: 30 pm and Saturday morning from 10:00am-11: 00 am.

Kicking Kids (6 to 11 year old)

First 2 classes FREE! Our team of coach's help your children value discipline, develop self-confidence and hone self-defense as they prepare for their transition into secondary school.

Schedule 6:30-6: 30 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 11:00am-12: 00 pm.

Tough Teens (12 to 17 year old Beginners)

Our teen program is designed to develop the true potential of these young men and women. We not only focus on propelling them to athletic success but also on developing Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control And Indomitable Spirit.

Classes available Tuesday,Thursday 5:30pm to 6:30pm and Saturday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm

Athletic Adults (18 years + Beginners)

First 2 classes for FREE! Taekwondo burns 937 calories per hr in the average adult making it is one of the fastest ways to lose weight and get in shape. Our goal-oriented classes are fun and dynamic so you will never get bored with our workouts with our warm and friendly EBTKD family. Learning a Taekwondo is also the perfect thing to break the monotony of the 8 to 4 grind.

Low impact self-defense and fitness for (60 years + Beginners)

First 2 classes FREE! These classes are specially designed for older or more physically conscious clients. We systematically and patiently progress you through workouts, while taking every individuals level of fitness into consideration.

Teen and Adult Technical/tactical

First 2 classes FREE! Not a rookie? Let our team of battle-tested coaches fine-tune your fighting technique and prepare you for modern competition (local and international)

Classes available: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30-8:00pm and Saturday from 12:00pm-2:00pm

Fitness Circuit ( Teen and Adult)

First 2 classes FREE! Come right after work to burn calories and build your cardiovascular fitness as we lead you through exciting and challenging exercises designed to strengthen your core, tone your arms and legs, build agility and coordination.

Classes available Tuesday and
Thursday 4:30pm to 5:30pm

After School Program

Right after school drop your kids off at our afterschool program where the kids will learn martial arts with a strong emphasis on anti-bullying and character development and also get started on their homework.

Our program is for primary school students from 5 to 11 years old and runs during the school term from 3 pm to 430 pm.


One of the fastest and most efficient ways to learn to defend yourself is through the art of boxing.

Every Saturday from 5pm to 630pm our training center will offer boxing classes to teens and adults not only to get you in shape but also make sure that when the time comes you would be prepared for anything.

Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

Grappling skills are essential for anyone hoping to learn to defend themselves and a great complement to a striking martial art such as taekwondo or boxing.

Classes are Saturday from 3 pm to 4:30 pm for teens and adults. Sign up today to begin the development of your ground work.

Personal Training

One on one training to help you reach your fitness/ physique/ athletic goals. 90-minute sessions scheduled at your convenience between 9 am and 3 pm during the week with workout plans built with your goals specifically in mind.
